Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Pod Talent. As a Night Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse operatives, coordinating with the shift manager to manage delivery routes and stock replenishment, and working towards growth and improvement of your personal and team KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Supervise, lead and motivate a team of 20-30 operatives per shift to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate with the shift manager to manage delivery routes, drivers and stock replenishment to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Performance Improvement: Work towards growth and improvement of your personal and team KPIs to drive business success.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints and issues raised by the Customer Experience team to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally of similar seniority.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to and implement new operational processes in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Warehouse Operations: Good understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and distribution.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency and knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MS Office.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
