Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Pod Talent. As a Night Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of warehouse operatives, coordinating with the shift manager to manage delivery routes, drivers, and stock replenishment, and working towards growth and improvement of your personal and team KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Supervision: Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of 20-30 operatives per shift.
  • Operational Coordination: Coordinate with the shift manager to manage delivery routes, drivers, and stock replenishment.
  • Performance Improvement: Work towards growth and improvement of your personal and team KPIs.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues raised by the Customer Experience team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally of similar seniority.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to and implement new operational processes in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Warehouse Operations: Good understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and distribution.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency and knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and MS Office.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
