Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts across the business, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and promoting our strong employment brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to promote our employment brand
- Conduct telephone interviews and coordinate in-person interviews, ensuring a thorough assessment of candidates
- Profile candidates using online psychometric assessments and provide recommendations to hiring managers
- Support assessment days, open days, and hiring decisions, ensuring a fair and transparent process
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and suppliers
- Provide data analytics and monthly reporting to the Board and Senior Leadership teams, highlighting recruitment trends and insights
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/Recruitment Partner with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, performance-oriented recruitment environment. You will have excellent communication skills, a high drive for results, and a passion for recruitment. You will be able to demonstrate a natural curiosity to understand the remit of each vacancy and converse with stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
You will be proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, and have a car driver's license. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
