Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Partner to join our team at Churchill Living. As a Recruitment Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our employment brand and driving our recruitment strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted job descriptions
- Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our roles
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on recruitment metrics to inform business decisions
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel
