Contract Controller

We are seeking a skilled Contract Controller to join our team at Capita plc. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training of Royal Navy personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with instructors to load simulations onto systems and control the simulator during training scenarios.
- Manage simulation exercises, including malfunctions and emergencies.
- Hold a STCW II/1 qualification or an RN equivalent (bridge watchkeeping Cert.).
- Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
Project Selborne is a major transformation of Royal Navy Training, aiming to deliver and modernise training for the RN. We are looking for talented individuals who can help shape better outcomes for our customers.
As a Contract Controller, you will be part of a team working alongside the Royal Navy's Training Management Group to address challenges and improve outcomes for sailors and marines.
