We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trust Administrator to join our tax and trusts team at QED Legal. As a Trust Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support to our clients on all aspects of trusts and estates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual Trust Accounts and register Trusts on HMRC Trust Register
  • Complete annual Trust and Estate Tax Returns and Capital Gain Tax Property (60 Day) Reports
  • Provide advice on Trustees Duties and Obligations, Types of Trusts, Trust Assets, Inheritance Tax, and Income Tax as applicable to Trusts and Estates
  • Build and develop your own caseload of fee-earning work, handling trusts and tax advice for private clients

Requirements:

  • Either a Fee Earning Paralegal, Qualified Solicitor, or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
