Pharmacist Independent Prescriber Job in Surrey

Hunter AHP is seeking a qualified Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to work with our GP Surgery client located in Surrey. As a specialist prescriber, you will play a crucial role in assisting the PCN with medications reviews and supporting the wider team with medication-related administrative tasks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Medications reviews and support to the PCN
  • Medication-related administrative tasks
  • Liaising with the nursing and doctor teams via MSTeams

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Independent Prescribing
  • Experience working in GP surgery or PCN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
