Position Overview:

The successful candidate will oversee extensive hemostasis project implementations, acting as both project manager and technical advisor. Responsibilities include assessing client requirements, crafting tailored configurations, conducting system tests, delivering training and ongoing support, and fostering partnerships to enhance service offerings. The role also involves leading product demonstrations, managing instrument launch processes, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hemostasis project implementations
  • Assess client requirements and create customized configurations
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of system setups
  • Deliver training and support to end-users
  • Encourage service offering expansion
  • Lead product demonstrations
  • Manage instrument launch processes
  • Ensure client satisfaction

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related field

  • Fluency in English is mandatory
