Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Implementation Specialist to assist customers in implementing technical systems, software, and hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale hemostasis implementations as project managers and technical consultants.
  • Evaluate customer needs and develop configurations that support their workload and workflow.
  • Test and troubleshoot final system setups.
  • Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations to promote clinical value and menu expansion.
  • Perform product demonstrations and aid in scoping projects.
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, and convention exhibit activities as requested by management.
  • Act as a resource for local account managers on software and hardware solutions.
  • Coordinate the instrument go-live process with internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and control expense budgets.
  • Prepare forecasts and other monthly reports as required by management.
  • Comply with all regulatory policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Secondary Functions
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinical Applications Director.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline (medical technology, respiratory therapy, nursing, or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of five years related experience, with project management skills/experience highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English required.
