Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care to patients, including assessments, treatments, and medications
  • Support nursing staff with patient care, including wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC Registration
  • Evidence of relevant clinical professional development
  • Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
  • Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
