Position SummaryAs a Group Product Manager - Medical Device, you will oversee the day-to-day management of the marketing staff for the product line, preparing strategic marketing activities and programs for all supported products. You will provide marketing assistance and support to affiliates, distributors, and customers, and contribute to the planning and creation of advertising and promotional materials and technical information.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned product lines, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and market share.
- Conduct market research to define and assess opportunities for new products, and provide analysis of competitive products, pricing, and selling techniques.
- Stay informed about developments and testing in the medical diagnostic industry, and apply this knowledge to inform future marketing plans and product development.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts related to on-market analyzers and tests, and production planning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including R&D, QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Commercial Operations, and Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as medical technology or biomedical engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, and/or sales management.
- Practical knowledge of Hemostasis or Critical Care as it relates to the assigned product line.
