About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRO Lead to join our boutique digital performance consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and developing our CRO proposition, leveraging your technical expertise and excellent client-facing skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective CRO strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to inform data-driven decision making
  • Provide expert-level guidance on web analytics and data analysis
Requirements
  • Strong background in CRO with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent technical skills, including web analytics and data analysis
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with experience working with senior-level stakeholders
