Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular development inspections to ensure a safe and clean environment for residents and guests.
- Report any defects or health and safety concerns, and coordinate maintenance and cleaning activities.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the development, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and guests.
