With a strong focus on community well-being, we are dedicated to maintaining high standards in the properties we manage, we are seeking a versatile and skilled Wet Multi-Trades Person to join our dynamic maintenance team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Addressing general maintenance issues, including painting, tiling, and other tasks as required.
- Collaborating with other maintenance professionals to complete comprehensive property projects.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, project specifications, and work orders.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Providing excellent customer service to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in multiple trades, including plastering, tiling and general maintenance.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of trade-specific techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
- Valid driver's license.
