Torque Consulting is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the implementation and management of quality systems across the business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across the business.
- Lead internal and external audits to maintain certification and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the company's subject matter expert on quality and HSE issues, providing guidance to senior management.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reduce risk, and improve safety performance.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000.
