Job Title: Accounts and Operations Executive

This is a high-profile and critical role that requires both strategic and hands-on leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the operational direction of the UK plant, including the implementation of a long-term productivity strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Production, Engineering, Quality, HSE, and Supply Chain Teams
  • Analyze and drive the operational performance of the plant
  • Develop and implement new processes, including continuous improvement and automation improvements
  • Champion quality excellence and right-first-time methodology
  • Manage capex, plant development, and budgetary/financial reporting
  • Lead the operational team and develop skills, knowledge, and motivation
  • Recruit and develop new team members to build succession planning
  • Cultivate an accountable and agile culture
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and external contacts
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to achieve profitability objectives
Requirements:
  • Strong operational leadership background in industrial manufacturing
  • Proven track record of managing, motivating, and developing individuals and teams
  • Experience in lean manufacturing systems and processes, such as six sigma
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and quality standards
  • Expertise in delivering benchmark OTIF performance in high-volume manufacturing
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentational skills
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects and organizational transformations
What We Offer:

£70,000 to £80,000 plus package (car/car allowance, bonus, benefits, etc.)
