About the Role

Job Summary

The Data Intelligence Partner will play a key role in driving the adoption of data science and analytics across the organization, working closely with business leaders and functional leads to accelerate the use of data, analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a capability roadmap for analytics, machine learning, and AI, aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Define and deliver a framework for data governance, risk management, and compliance, ensuring appropriate guardrails and controls are in place.
  • Lead and facilitate innovation sessions, proof of concepts, and workshops to drive opportunities to unlock value and improve business outcomes.
  • Create synergies and common practices across the user base to drive efficiencies and cross-functional insights.
  • Engage with stakeholders to learn about customers, business products, services, channels, and back-office operations, building a deep understanding of the business and its needs.
  • Coach and mentor a wide range of users to improve their understanding of data science and analytics techniques, delivering learning sessions and increasing adoption.
  • Produce clear documentation and explainability to evidence ethical and regulatory compliance.
About You
  • Proven experience in a data science-related field, with a strong understanding of AI and ML techniques.
  • Knowledge across NLPs and LLMs, deep learning, and ability to experiment/test and learn through a variety of solutions and data products.
  • Grounded knowledge in 'black box' regulatory and legislative requirements, including ethical data governance, with the ability to interpret and apply judgment at an enterprise risk level.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to lead by influence and advocate for change across multi-disciplined teams.
  • Ability to convey complex technical messages in business language, both written and verbal communications.
  • Highly skilled in interpretation and explainability from business idea through to implementation.
  • Coaching and mentoring key individuals to support projects and developing others.
