We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team at The Langham, London. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm and efficient welcome, and that their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Ensure that all guests have received an efficient and friendly check-in and check-out experience.
  • Guest Queries and Complaints: Respond to all guest queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, and take proactive steps to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Hotel Credit Policy: Ensure that the requirements of the hotel's credit policy are adhered to at all times.
  • Computer Input: Maintain an excellent standard of computer input in accordance with departmental standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or an operational and guest-facing role in a similar hospitality environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to guests at all times.
  • Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Personal Presentation: Immaculate personal presentation, with a high level of professionalism at all times.
