Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Design Engineer to join our team at Coalesce Management Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the design and implementation of civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Design and Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and design of civil engineering projects, including foundation analysis, construction site layouts, and CDM implementation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure common objectives and project priorities are met.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that designs, volumes, and quantities are accurate and meet project requirements.
  • Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits and inspections to plan and inspect foundation and other civil works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Contract Management: Analyze contract documents to ensure correct interpretation of customers' and consultants' intentions, and correspond with stakeholders to ensure satisfactory progress and quality.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new designers and trainees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil engineering design and project management.
  • Strong technical expertise in civil engineering, including foundation analysis and CDM implementation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
