Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of thermal management systems for high-performance applications.
- Conduct detailed stress analysis to ensure structural integrity under various operating conditions.
- Perform simulations and finite element analysis (FEA) to predict thermal behavior and mechanical stress distribution.
- Identify and mitigate potential thermal and mechanical risks early in the design process.
- Optimize materials and designs to achieve the best balance between performance, cost, and durability.
- Validate designs through prototyping, testing, and analysis of real-world performance data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in thermal management and stress analysis.
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as ANSYS, COMSOL, or similar FEA software.
- Strong background in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and materials science.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
