About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Operations team as a Customer Service Executive.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service. You will also provide top-notch customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include preparing cars for hire, including thorough detailing of the vehicle's interior and exterior, and assisting with the onboarding process for new clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and after-hours call-outs.
