Job Title: Business Relationship Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Relationship Officer to join our team at Bristol City Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Business Relationship Manager with a range of services and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate accounting records using Excel.
  • Apply and analyze data in Excel to manage client details and financial data.
  • Provide updates and financial information/forecasting to the management team.
  • Assist with the recovery of unpaid invoices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to speak English to a good standard.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes as needed.
  • Comfortable and able to learn to use a range of systems.
