  • Good understanding of the life, pension, and broader retirement markets, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
  • Demonstrable experience of following a structured sales process(es) and proactive relationship and account management skills.
Desired Experience & Expertise

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Demonstrable technical experience in the life, pensions, and/or retirement arena(s).
  • Strong network of intermediary contacts and a proven track record of delivering new business growth.
  • Experience translating the principles of Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly into a business development role.
