Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of resident care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and compliant with relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
- A valid NMC pin and a strong background in nursing, with a focus on care home settings.
- Previous experience in a care home environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
