Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Centre for Sectoral Economic Performance. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Centre Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Centre Manager, including setting up and managing administration processes, and contributing to the development of new ideas for improvement.
  • Manage office administration, including finance, human resources, student administration, and digital communications.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the Centre's administrative functions are efficient and effective.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative work in a busy office environment, preferably in the Higher Education sector.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
