Taylorollinson Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Nanoparticle Formulation Scientist to join our Research and Development team.
About the Role:
As a Senior Nanoparticle Formulation Scientist, you will be responsible for undertaking research projects, designing study plans, and developing new Lipid Nanoparticle formulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute research projects to develop new LNP formulations
- Conduct analytical assays to evaluate the performance of LNP formulations
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and improve existing LNP designs
- Develop and implement new methods for synthesizing and characterizing LNP particles
- Present research outcomes and findings to the team and stakeholders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A PhD in Biomaterials, Nanomaterials, Organic Chemistry, or a related field
- Proven experience in Lipid Nanoparticle formulation and synthesis
- Strong analytical chemistry skills, including techniques such as LCMS, HPLC, DLS, and TEM
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
