Essential Criteria:
  • Ideally possess or be willing to pursue a Level 4 qualification in Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) – fully funded and supported by our organization.
  • Must exhibit an engaging demeanor, with the capability to inspire and support individuals facing various challenges.
  • Preferably have experience in delivering career advice to adults, or experience in a customer-facing advisory role (such as recruitment).

The Role:
  • Collaborate closely with a caseload of individuals on both a one-on-one and group basis, to identify appropriate employment sectors, and enhance skills through further training and qualifications signposting, conducting career advice and guidance, CV writing, interview preparation, and identifying and addressing any barriers to future training and employment.
  • Assist your caseload in developing a career skills action plan and support them in their learning journey.
  • Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with compliance and quality standards.
