The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, guidance, and the professional development of team members involved in the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) reactive and additional work tasks are executed promptly and meet quality standards, utilizing both in-house teams and approved subcontractors.
  • Provide essential technical assistance to engineers and the leadership team regarding all reactive tasks, while also aiding in the coordination of billable and minor projects that align with time and budget constraints, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Deliver technical support as required, conducting regular meetings with engineers that include toolbox discussions, risk evaluations, and general updates.
  • Engage subcontractors as necessary to fulfill reactive job requirements.
  • Conduct audits of both in-house and subcontractor work to guarantee quality and safety compliance.
  • Support the Contract Manager in executing additional project tasks.
  • Communicate with the helpdesk to provide job status updates.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial, etc.) associated with reactive operations.
  • Assist contract support and the Contract Manager in managing reactive and additional work tasks.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and the Contract Manager to ensure effective control and monitoring systems for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and reactive tasks are utilized and shared to meet statutory, policy, and contractual obligations.

This role offers a hybrid working model, combining office responsibilities with site visits.
