Construction Project Manager

Trevett Project Services is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in South London. As a leading construction company, they are working on various new build social housing and commercial property projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a monthly CVR by work stream to demonstrate the commercial and financial position of the contract.
- Monitor direct costs and overheads to ensure profitability is maintained.
- Procure and onboard subcontractors.
- Regularly check and value subcontractors' work, agree valuations, and produce payment certificates.
- Attend contract meetings and provide specific information required for these meetings.
- Assist Site and Project Managers in identifying and recording variations and brief them on what is required for variations to be paid against.
About the Role:
- Proven experience in a commercial capacity, working in the social housing sector as a principal and/or main contractor across new build schemes.
- Knowledge of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
- Experience working with typical pricing agreements and frameworks.
- Experience measuring works, generating, and agreeing applications.
- Experience reviewing, validating, and approving subcontractor quotations and variations.
