Senior Project Manager Opportunity at Brandon James

A leading construction consultancy, Brandon James, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead their in-house teams in delivering exceptional design solutions for educational and commercial clients.


Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee and monitor a variety of education projects from inception to completion, planning and overseeing the building process. While managing programmes and budgets, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the project's outcomes and fulfillment of its requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and coordinate project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  3. Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a construction consultancy.
  • MRICS (desirable).
  • Previous experience of managing design solutions.
  • Experience working on education projects.
