A leading construction consultancy, Brandon James, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead their in-house teams in delivering exceptional design solutions for educational and commercial clients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will oversee and monitor a variety of education projects from beginning to end, planning and overseeing the building process. They will be responsible for managing programmes and budgets, ensuring the project's outcomes and fulfilling its requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a construction consultancy, with a proven track record of delivering projects.
  • MRICS (Desirable)
  • Previous experience of managing design solutions and education projects.
