Senior Principal Designer Opportunity

Brandon James Ltd, a leading Construction Consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Designer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and delivering technical expertise to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of CDM Advisors, Architects, and Fire Risk Assessors to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction qualification (required).
  • At least 3 years of experience in CDM roles.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
