Senior Principal Designer Opportunity

Brandon James, a leading Construction Consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Designer to join their team. As a key member of the portfolio, you will oversee a diverse range of clients and projects, utilizing your expertise to deliver exceptional technical solutions and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with a team of CDM Advisors, Architects, and Fire Risk Assessors to provide comprehensive services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction qualification (required)
  • At least 3 years of experience in CDM roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
