Role Overview: This pivotal role within the Global Training and Technical Documentation division involves extensive collaboration with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and must possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed TNAs across various sectors, managing stakeholder communication and data collection.
  • Identify and address the learning requirements of internal teams, creating tailored learning pathways.
  • Oversee the induction training processes, ensuring content remains current and relevant.
  • Deliver training sessions on TNA methodologies to team members.
  • Prepare and present TNA reports to a variety of internal and external clients.
  • Recognize and communicate broader organizational challenges that may affect training effectiveness.
  • Facilitate stakeholder interviews to gather qualitative insights regarding training needs.
  • Develop and implement surveys to collect quantitative data effectively.
  • Consider cultural factors when proposing training solutions within a global context.
  • Design and execute communication strategies to disseminate TNA findings throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to customize training outputs to meet client specifications.
  • Coordinate with Training Delivery and Online Training teams to manage TNA-related training design activities.
  • Act as a liaison between the Global Training and Technical Documentation department and other organizational units regarding TNA matters.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in training delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of training quality and innovation within the department.
  • Lead project meetings related to TNA with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with various teams to support business needs and promote TNA services.
  • Provide expert consultancy on TNA processes and related technical challenges.
  • Engage in administrative tasks to uphold internal control systems.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to travel as required to maintain client relationships.
  • Review and ensure quality assurance on TNA outputs produced by other analysts.
  • Contribute to tender processes, including bid writing and customer requirement scoping.

Candidate Profile:

  • Formal qualifications in TNA are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Higher-level qualifications in Training Management or related fields are advantageous.
  • Exceptional written English skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with TNA frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM is required.
  • Experience in producing comprehensive TNA reports is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is expected.
  • Ability to adapt TNA frameworks innovatively to meet client needs.
