Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical designs and solutions for our clients.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive post-qualification experience in architectural technology, particularly in education projects. You will have a solid understanding of RIBA stages and be able to produce technical drawings, specifications, and constructive documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical designs and solutions for clients
  • Lead and mentor junior members of staff
  • Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and internal team members
  • Collaborate with the wider team to create exceptional design concepts
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and industry best practices
Requirements
  • Significant post-qualification experience in architectural technology
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or a related field
  • Previous work on education projects is essential
  • Strong Revit knowledge
