Location: Stockport

Salary: £36,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience)

My client is looking for a creative Senior Architectural Technologist with an enthusiasm for innovative designs to join their friendly team in Stockport. The RIBA-chartered, award-winning practice has a diverse portfolio of projects across the Commercial, Education, Residential and Healthcare sectors and would love to welcome an experienced Architectural Technologist to contribute to their exciting designs.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist should have significant post qualification experience working on Education projects through all RIBA stages. You will have strong technical abilities, creative design flare and a great knowledge of Revit.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

Significant post qualification experience in a UK based practice
Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
Produce technical drawings, specification and constructive documents
Ensure compliance with building relations, standards and industry best practices
Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of staff
Coordinate with clients, external consultants and internal team members
Collaborate with the wider team to create exceptional design concepts
Previous work on Education projects is essential
Must live within a commutable distance of Stockport
