We are seeking an exceptional and experienced facilitator and OD practitioner to join our Widening Access, Equality and Careers (WAEC) Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our People Strategy and the embedding of our 'One Bay Way'.
Main Duties of the JobYou will be responsible for facilitating and delivering organizational development priorities, working in partnership with Service Group Leads and HR Business Partners. Your expertise will be utilized to design, deliver, and evaluate Widening Access, Equality & Career Development Programmes and Bespoke Organizational Development activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage change and organizational development within complex working environments
- Deliver learning and development interventions to achieve cultural change
- Lead on the implementation of projects and evidence return on investment
- Adhere to and demonstrate SBU Values & Behaviours
We welcome applications from both clinical and non-clinical professions and backgrounds. You will need to have a Master's Degree level or equivalent professional experience, sound knowledge of OD and techniques of delivery, assessment, and evaluation, and be an accredited or experienced coach.
