Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Chef to join our team as a Kitchen Manager. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, managing our menu, and ensuring that our food is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Work with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that they are innovative, delicious, and aligned with our company values.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate our kitchen team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Stock Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet our menu demands.
  • Food Safety: Ensure that our kitchen operations are in compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and management abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Education: A culinary degree or equivalent experience.
