Senior Account Director

We are a dynamic boutique creative content agency known for our innovative approach and focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
As an Account Director, you will be the driving force behind ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing the execution of creative campaigns, and managing the delivery of projects.
You will serve as the key liaison between the agency and our clients, ensuring alignment between their business needs and our creative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the management of key client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand services and grow the accounts.
- Actively challenge briefs and lead creative teams to deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain visibility across all projects, facilitating collaboration between the creative team and project managers.
- Ensure seamless execution of projects, from conception to delivery, meeting the highest quality standards and agreed-upon goals.
- Lead bi-weekly budget meetings, working closely with the PM team to present forecasts and financial updates to senior leadership.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring projects stay within budget while meeting financial targets.
- Generate proposals and assist project managers in developing accurate cost estimates.
- Participate in monthly meetings with financial teams to review profitability and account health.
Extensive experience in managing client relationships within a creative, advertising, or design agency environment is required.
