As a highly skilled 3rd Line Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical lead for client networks, servers, and third-party services. Your expertise in network connectivity principles, routing protocols, and virtualization technologies will enable you to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain complex network architectures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Layer 3 issues using routing protocols such as MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF
  • Manage and monitor VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments
  • Provide expert-level support for Windows Server OS, Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and Active Directory
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of network connectivity principles and routing protocols
  • Proficiency in VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
  • Expertise in Windows Server OS, Microsoft Exchange, SQL, and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and SharePoint
  • Good supporting knowledge of data center environments and on-premises infrastructure
