Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and optimize trading strategies to take calculated risks in ETF markets.
  • Collaborate with research and engineering teams to continually improve existing strategies and develop new ones.
  • Effectively manage risk to optimize trading performance.
  • Investigate and implement new trading products and strategies.
  • Mentor junior traders and provide leadership.
  • Work with analysts and researchers to integrate their findings into strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Strong experience in either systematic or discretionary trading with a focus on Index or Fixed Income ETFs.
  • Proven track record of positive P&L.
  • Healthy appetite for risk and the ability to manage risk effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or MATLAB.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
