About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mobile Service Parts Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our technicians have the necessary parts to complete their jobs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a team of MSV Technicians by providing accurate and timely parts information.
- Process returns and credits for unwanted or used parts.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor inventory on vans.
- Pricing parts accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a parts advisor or inventory management role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a sales or customer service environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
