Fostering Placements Officer

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Fostering Placements Officer to join our innovative and forward-thinking Fostering Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our children are appropriately matched and placed with internal foster carers who can meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find suitable families for our children to live with when they cannot be cared for by their family.
  • Ensure that our carers are fully supported by identifying resources at the point of match.
  • Develop strong and robust direct working relationships with internal foster carers to identify new placements, support carers to manage children's needs, and ensure that foster carers are supported to fulfill their role as therapeutic foster carers.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £29,269 - £31,364 per annum.
  • 37 hours per week.
