Retail Merchandising Specialist

Are you a merchandising enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? We're seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8.

This role involves working across various retail categories, including ad-hoc and tactical merchandising. You'll be responsible for ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Compliance and Standards: You'll adhere to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You'll build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues and provide accurate feedback to our client account teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
