Amazon Fresh UK is revolutionizing the grocery industry with its innovative Just Walk Out Technology. We're seeking a talented Vendor Experience Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual vendor negotiations, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and driving revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute a vendor communication plan to engage partners around our strategy and growth plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock improved vendor experiences and drive business improvement.
  • Represent Amazon in negotiations with senior leaders and drive direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with seasonality and global trends, monitoring competitor and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management.
  • Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in account management, project/program management, or buying.
