Unlock Innovation and Customer Obsession as a Vendor Experience Manager

Amazon Fresh UK is revolutionizing the grocery industry with its omni-channel proposition, combining online groceries with the first convenience grocery store to offer Just Walk Out Technology in the UK. We're seeking a talented Vendor Experience Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic vendor negotiations and joint business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead annual vendor negotiations across UK Fresh, managing a full P&L, including planning, forecasting, and driving growth to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
  • Develop and execute an annual Vendor comms plan to engage partners around our strategy and growth plans.
  • Understand vendor pain points and work cross-functionally to unlock improved experiences for vendors.
  • Generate and implement big ideas to drive business improvement, innovation, and scale across categories.
  • Drive negotiations and represent Amazon when meeting with senior leaders.
  • Monitor seasonality and global trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to plan.

We're open to hiring candidates to work out of our London or Manchester offices. If you have experience with business analysis and P&L management, negotiating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams, we'd love to hear from you.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management.
  • Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in account management, project/program management, or buying.
