About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Manager to join our Beauty team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and launch of new and existing beauty products across Europe.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating and executing strategic plans to launch innovation across Europe, optimize the product portfolio, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and sales teams, to drive the success of the business.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive brand launch strategies, including creating and refining brand positioning to ensure alignment with company objectives and market needs.
  • Leading the product development process from ideation to launch, meeting timelines and budgets.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive product portfolio strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing artwork and label changes in coordination with Regulatory Affairs and Design teams.
  • Conducting regular market analysis and competitor assessments to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Evaluating product performance, sales data, and customer feedback to recommend portfolio adjustments.
