The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our business development team.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, pitching the benefits of Ryft, and negotiating contracts.
You will work closely with the Commercial Manager to hit and exceed your personal targets, while contributing to the business's wider objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect from a book of ICP leads and identify potential clients
- Build relationships with decision-makers, understand customer needs, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Communicate with and influence C-suite level executives to use Ryft as their payment partner
- Understand client needs and propose solutions based on those needs
- Support the commercial team in the execution of sales initiatives
- Collaborate with other non-commercial departments to ensure clients go through a smooth journey from initial meeting to becoming a Ryft client
- 12 months minimum Account Executive experience or similar
- Experience in a B2B sales role selling a complex product with a longer sales cycle (3 months +)
- Experience in a role where pipeline generation has been a requirement
- Experience prospecting, developing relationships, and negotiating deals through to close
- Experience using CRM systems to track progress and work with leadership to create a sales growth plan
