We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Drake Hall, a category C Prison located in Stafford. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership and expertise in mental health care, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and well-being.

About the Role
  • Provide clinical leadership for the mental health team, working closely with registered and non-registered professionals to ensure the most up-to-date treatment methodology is applied to patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, taking into account the complex needs of patients in a secure environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
