About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Agile team at Connexa IT Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation projects across various industries, including Defence & Security, and contributing to critical initiatives with local government, military, and security contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital transformation projects across diverse industries, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive project success.
  • Collaborate with Programme Managers and the Head of Delivery to identify and prioritize project opportunities and develop project plans.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and are aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring a proactive and adaptive approach to project management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful technical project delivery, with strong skills in project performance analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead both internal teams and supplier partnerships.
  • Strong client-centric approach, with experience in stakeholder management and ensuring client needs are at the forefront.
  • Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance, with a commitment to working on secure and sensitive projects.
  • Comfortable taking managed risks, assessing their impact effectively, and making informed decisions to navigate challenges.
